Pin ItHi there! It's day 5 and I'm sure you've noticed by now I'm not exactly following the instructions in your patterns. I hope it's not confusing, I just want to show you all some variations to the pattern and let you show me some too. So far, good work! I'm loving all the pretty bodices you've posted. Thanks so much for sharing!
Pin ItI hope you all enjoyed your Day 3 sewing project. Wow! Mixing and matching fabrics is one my favorite things in life. I'm loving all the really cute fabrics, new and repurposed, you guys are using. Very inspiring!
I'm hoping everyone found the exact fabric they were looking for.
I plan to mix it up here, combining new with old and a little bit of everything - a plaid shirt, a white eyelet shirt, a pretty little bird print and a tiny dot. I have a confession. Adele was one of my first patterns. That was over a year and a half ago. I've learned a few things since then so there are some things I would certainly do different now. I plan to use the Sew-Along as a starting point for revamping this pattern - tweakin' it here and there. I think I'll add the apron and the maxi views as well. Pin It
Welcome to this Sew-Along! This is my first ever Sew-Along so I'm crazy excited.
The Adele was one of my first pattern ideas. She's been around from the beginning and is still one of my favorites.
I love the concept of a Sew-Along. I couldn't possibly fit every idea I'd like to in a PDF file, they're stuffed full as it is! This gives me a chance to show you some variations on the pattern, upcycle a little and share (and receive) tips and tricks that can be used with other patterns as well.
